Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee the quality of every item we sell. We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from date of delivery for a replacement, exchange, credit or refund (shipping charges are not refundable).

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNS, AND MUST BE WRITTEN ON RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. You may receive a Return Authorization Number by logging in to your "My Account" page on our website, contacting us at 1-610-363-4966 or by email at [email protected]

After notifying Legendary Products of the return, Items must be received by Legendary Products within 7 days after RA# is issued. We inspect all returns prior to processing any replacements, exchanges or refunds. During Pandemic, all returns are quarantined for approx. 5 days before processing for exchanges or refunds. All original tags must be still attached on the garment. Items damaged while opening shipping package (cuts, slices, scrapes, punctures, etc.) are non-returnable. It is the Customer’s responsibility to make sure the return appears unworn with original tags attached. Should we receive any returns with pet or human hair, odors from cigarettes, cigars, perfumes, etc., we will ship back to Customer at their expense. All free gifts must be returned or full price will be deducted from any refunds. Any face mask, bandanna, scarf or headwear item is non-returnable during Pandemic. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any refused packages will be charged for return shipment, plus $25 processing fee.  Sorry, Custom orders, Closeout & Clearance items and/or International orders are FINAL SALE, and non-returnable. We will ship the first exchange within the continental US free of charge; additional exchange shipments are subject to additional shipping and handling charges of $19.95 per occurrence. Refunds will be credited the full amount less $10 for restocking expenses; we will offer a $10 credit should the same customer repurchase any item from Legendary Products within a one year period. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. Unauthorized returns, or returns after 30 days of receipt are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You may want to insure your return; we are not responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged returns. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
