Legendary Products, Inc. is a growing international e-commerce retailer with a 10 year history specializing in American Made apparel for the motorcycle and military consumer. We are expanding our retail presence and looking for a responsible Customer Service Representative to assist our internet, Skype and walk-in retail showroom Customers. Responsibilities include: - Assisting retail walk-in Customers with their needs. Be fully knowledgeable in the motorcycle/military apparel line from Legendary and other brands. - Answer Customer phone lines - answer questions and enter orders into system. - Be the Legendary Customer face for Skype international Customers. - Manage and resolve customer concerns and/or questions, including requests for return authorizations - Have a warm, inviting, positive attitude and presence for our Customers.
The ideal candidate will possess: - High school diploma. Some college preferred. - Live within close proximity to the Exton, PA area. - 2+ years of customer service experience, including experience communicating with customers over the phone and by email. - Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. - Understanding of the patriotic motorcycle and/or military apparel consumer - Some knowledge of a European language - French preferred.
